AddressRoad and Civil Surveys is looking for an Accounts Manager to join our team in Smeaton Grange. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and will possess financial management abilities.
Located in Smeaton Grange, we are looking for someone to start ASAP and can offer a long term position in our business locally.
Working closely with the management team, your responsibilities would include:
- Managing email inbox
- Processing weekly payroll
- Collating all required dockets/paperwork/approvals prior to invoicing
- Invoicing jobs to clients
- Uploading bills to XERO
- Update and maintaining XERO reconciling
- Update and maintain site inductions and site requirements (White cards, RIW etc)
- Order stationery/office supplies etc
- General office administration tasks
You will be comfortable with MS Office and have used XERO for invoicing, reconciling and processing pays.
Reporting Relationship: The Accounts Manager will report directly to the Management team.
