Support people living on low to moderate incomes, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and those living with a disability.The RoleUndertaking accounts payable & receivable activities in accordance with compliance, auditor and accounting standards. Your previous experience would include data entry, importing, and reconciliations and liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding reimbursements, credit cards and petty cash and other queries.About YouTo be successful for this role, you will demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role, including exposure to high volume invoicing. In addition, you will have a good working knowledge and understanding of financial/accounting systems and intermediate level Microsoft Office skills.Essential Criteria: Ability to handle a high volume of work and priorities effectively. Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a caring and empathetic nature. Ability to work independently and as an effective team member, with a commitment to engaging in a supportive and collaborative team culture. Quick thinking, resilient, and able to thrive in a multitasking environment where no day is ever the same! Ability to compose professional correspondence via email to internal and external stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English -mandatory.
