This is why we are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements for all opportunities in the Beca team.The OpportunityThis Melbourne based role is for approximately a 6-month maximum term.As a payroll specialist who enjoys complexity, look no further!As we move to a new payroll system, this position will help support the existing team as we move to implementation phase.Under the supervision of our Australian Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring our employees are paid the right amount at the right time, maintaining employee records and working closely with our People Advice team. You will also respond to enquiries promptly, providing accurate advice and managing all queries with sensitivity and care.Even though this is a temporary position, you'll have opportunity to share your expertise, while continually building on your own experience. You will also be supporting imminent technology change, which is an exciting opportunity for someone with an agile mindset who can help champion this transformative project.What We'll Like About YouYou'll be experienced in significant-sized end-to-end AU payroll delivery - if you're also familiar with Datapay, even better!
