Payroll Officer - Part Time

DFP Recruitment is currently seeking a driven and experienced Payroll Officer to join our existing friendly & enthusiastic payroll team based in Boronia!This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our team where your knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes and genuine desire to provide excellent customer service to our employees will be rewarded with a competitive package, work from home flexibility and ongoing training and support.Reporting to our Payroll Operations Manager, and working with the team you will be responsible for:Processing pay's for up to 1700 employees across various departments, a combintaion of permanent and labour hire staffEnsuring accuracy of data,Answering payroll related queries,Preparing month end reports, reconciliations, and batching,Award InterpretationSkills required:Ability and experience in end-to-end payrollExperience in working across multiple EBAs, Awards and relevant legislationIntermediate to advanced MS Excel skillsHighly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlinesSelf-motivated with strong attention to detailsThe successful candidate will work Part time hours approx 23 hours over 3 or 4 days. Monday and Tuesday are set days, however other days are negotiable. This is a Hybrid model with the team being in the office Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday and working from home Monday and Friday.If you are interested in this position do not delay!
