Mountain Top Industries is one of the leading accessory players in the global pick-up truck market. The company has more than 40 year's experience within the automotive industry and provides partnership solutions as a Tier1 Automotive OEM, and Aftermarket Accessory, supplier on a global basis.
Mountain Top has recently been acquired by the Global Leader in Truck Accessories in the US - RealTruck Incorporated. Due to the planned growth this brings we are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our team on a full time basis.
Reporting to the Finance/Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission by maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial operations.
Qualifications & experience
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
- Effective interpersonal skills - Confident communicator and ability to liaise with internal team members both local and abroad, clients, and suppliers.
- Proven experience in accounts administration within medium to large company with process and structures to suit.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a common-sense approach to resolving issues as the business grows.
- Confident and competent with payroll, cash flow forecasting, preparation of BAS, reconciling of all accounts, and preparation of monthly reports.
- Microsoft Office suite experience essential, experience with Microsoft Dynamics C5 highly regarded.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Administration and office support activities including management of day to day finance tasks.
- Administering Accounts Payable and Receivable functions - managing weekly payable cycle, sending out monthly statements and reconciling payments against internal accounts.
- Reconciling bank statements, sales expenses and cash flow management.
- Business Activity Statement creation/checking and finance reporting.
- Communication with accounts teams from Head Office in Denmark, US and other global affiliates.
