The role
Part of a close-knit and high performing Finance team, this position will be responsible for:
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Reconcile accounts, bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain and update financial records and statements.
- Providing back-up support to the payroll team
Skills & experience
- Previous experience in Accounts Management (AP/AR), or bookkeeping
- Experience working for a Professional Services organisation
- Strong communication an interpersonal skill
- Excellent time management and a customer focus approach
