CRA Building Services is seeking an Accounts Officer to join its growing Finance team. In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in the world of multi-layered invoicing for clients in the insurance sector, collaborating closely with various business units to streamline processes and enhance efficiencies.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Preparation and raising of invoices
- Data entry within insurance company portals
- Reconciliation of invoices
- Provide high levels of customer service, ensuring the expectations of both internal and external customers
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess proven experience in Accounts Receivable. The ability to be flexible and agile to client and industry changes is a must, as is the ability to learn and ask questions. Knowledge of insurance claims and/or the insurance industry or experience with construction/engineering would be desirable.
- Highly accurate and detail-oriented
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MYOB and Excel
