We are seeking a motivated individual for an Accounts Officer position. The role will be responsible for managing financials related to accounts payable and accounts receivable. Please note this role will be a temporary position which could lead to permanent.
Responsibilities include bit are not limited to:
- Accounts Payable - review invoices, process invoices, maintain accurate records, prepare and process payments etc.
- Accounts Receivable - generate and send invoices, record payments, follow up on overdue payments, maintain accurate records etc.
- Assist in the month end and year end financial closing
- Participate in financial audits
- Ensure accurate financial reporting
- Certificate, Diploma in Accounting/Book-keeping, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Knowledge of SAP
- Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance.
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player.
