This multinational Retail business is looking for an Accounts Officer to join their accounts team on a full time basis. This role is suited for someone who has experience working in a high volume environment using a large ERP system, otherwise Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage. The role will involve 2 days per week assisting running a payroll through Micropay, and the rest of the week will focus on AP.
The Responsibilities
- Matching, batching and coding a high volume of invoices
- Preparation, allocation of costs to correct G/L accounts, and payment of weekly bills
- Scanning and filing
- Reconciliation of bank and supplier reconciliations
- Contribute accounts payable information to other departments upon request
- Speaking to suppliers on a daily basis
- Help run and process payroll through Micropay
The successful applicant will have
- 2+ years' experience in a similar position
- Preferable Microsoft Dynamics or Micropay Experience an advantage
- Experience in a retail environment an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel
