Accounts Payable Officer

This is an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to work in an established company on Sydney's Inner West!The company has a relaxed but hardworking ethos - they work hard but are able to to enjoy themselves as a team and work collaboratively with other stakeholders both internally and externallyThey have a flexible working environment, onsite parking and a supportive and collaborative company cultureThis is a permanent full-time position so does require someone with Permanent Residency or CitizenshipThe Role:

• End-to-end management of Accounts Payable
• Setting up new suppliers
• Seeking invoice approvals
• Enter purchase orders into system
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Generating payment runs weekly and end of month
• Account and credit card reconciliation

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience within an Accounts Payable position
• Working knowledge of large ERP systems and MS Excel
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
