Managed Solutions is a technology company based in Ipswich. Over our 25-year history, we have developed many internal systems to make our operations effective and efficient and these link into MYOB and Xero to manage our accounts functions.
We have a vacancy in our finance team for a permanent, full-time Accounts Officer working weekdays 8:30 am to 5:00 pm in our West Ipswich Office - and it comes with great people, great coffee, and free lunch!
The role includes the duties and responsibilities you would expect across accounts payable, receivable, and payroll with some general reporting and administrative duties.
We are looking for:
- enthusiasm and experience working in a business.
- good, clear verbal and written communication skills
- competent and accurate keyboard skills and experience with Microsoft Office
It would be great if you had some MYOB and Xero experience but we would be prepared to train you if you are otherwise amazing!
