Form of workFitzroys are an ambitious and passionate group of people who are looking to engage an Accounts Officer on a part-time basis to provide support to our Finance and Accounts Team so that we can continue to deliver great results to our valued clients across our different service and capability offerings.
The great things you will do:
- Provide support across Accounts Payables/Receivables
- Assist with End of Month Processing
- Generate weekly & monthly Debtors Reports
- Banking, reconciliations & daily receipting for General Ledger Account
- Processing expense claims & raising invoices
- Data entry & office administration
You will come to us with:
- Previous experience working in a similar role across all facets of accounts
- Broad knowledge of general accounting processes
- Strong excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passionate and positive 'can do' attitude
- Ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels
- Solution orientated with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- A collaborative and energetic approach to your work
- Experience working in the Real Estate industry highly desirable
