Job description

THE OPPORTUNITY

Salary: $70,973 - $76,352 per annum pro rata + 11% super + annual leave loading (dependant on qualifications and experience).
Time Fraction: Part Time, 0.8 EFT.
Location: Chadstone campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Position Status: Ongoing contact of employment, with a 6-month qualifying period.

ABOUT YOU

  • Understanding of business communication, office management practices, latest office technology, and administrative procedures.
  • Experience in educational administrative environments and coordination of donor/alumni activities.
  • Degree in business, business administration, or related field with relevant customer service work experience preferred.
  • Significant senior-level experience in office management, customer service, and document management.
  • Familiarity with business process mapping and knowledge of administrative standards in Vocational and Higher Education and Training sectors.
  • High-level communication, organisational, and project management skills with the ability to show initiative, work independently and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Competence in MS Office, internet-based software, and database/project management software.
