This business is close to home and offers on-site parking and hybrid flexibility. In this role, you will develop relationships with customers to ensure the timely collection of debt and recommended actions regarding management of delinquent accounts.
What will U be doing?
- Cash collection and allocation of case for retailer accounts;
- Ensure retailer payment terms are adhered to and minimise overdue debt;
- Retailer account reconciliations;
- Ensure that departmental / company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Liaise with numerous stakeholders, both internal and external to Metcash;
- Resolve customer queries and issues; and
- Provide weekly credit reporting.

What experience do U need?
- Previous experience in a credit collection role;
- Strong communication skills;
- Intermediate experience Microsoft Office;
- Microsoft Dynamics experience desirable;
- Basic Understanding of State Credit Laws / Security Instruments; and
- Ability to develop strong customer relationships and work within a team.
