Mercedes-Benz Brisbane, part of the largest authorised Mercedes-Benz retail group in Australia, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team in Queensland. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the smooth operation of our dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile invoices and statements with vendor accounts, resolving any discrepancies promptly
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- General administration
- Assisting with deals processing & deal pack documentation
About You
- Previous experience in an accounts payable/receivable role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
