Join a leading specialist service provider located in the heart of Brisbane CBD! We're seeking a driven Payroll Officer to assist through a busy period. Starting as a 6-month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent position. Enjoy the flexibility of work from home for two days a week, coupled with the convenience of the office's prime location – just a short 5-minute walk from public transport.The RoleReporting to the Payroll Manager your responsibilities will include;
- Accurate and timely payroll processing
- Super and tax calculations
- PAYG disclosures
- Process new starters & terminations
- Daily communication with external stakeholders to ensure the smooth processing of the payroll
You will also be involved with interpretation of awards, agreements and contracts as well as processing annual leave and termination calculations. There will also be some filing and general payroll administration tasks as well as process improvements. You will be supported by tenured & professional Payroll professional.
About YouIdeally you will have experience working in a full function payroll position and be confident with the use of Microsoft Excel. You will have an excellent communication-style to provide accurate & efficient client service delivery.
