Alex Beach Cabins & Tourist Park is located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast at Alexandra Headland, providing several budget friendly cabin and caravan accommodation options.
We pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service, value for money and well maintained facilities, a short distance from beaches and numerous other tourist attractions.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Front Office/ Guest Services Agent to join our team on a part time basis.
This role is the first point of contact for customers and visitors to the Park, therefore excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
The ideal candidate will also possess the following:
- Previous experience in the hospitality/holiday industry with Newbook knowledge (an advantage)
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
- Attention to detail
- Thrive on interaction with people
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised
- Flexibility with working hours – hours can include weekdays, weekends and public holidays (rostered hours between 7.15am – 8pm)
