Reporting to the Finance Controller, the ideal candidate will apply their passion for ensuring the timely, efficient, and accurate processing of Accounts Payable and Payroll data within the Finance Department and maintain a hands-on approach to the internal workings of the business.

You will be an enthusiastic, motivated, dynamic person who looking to join our friendly Finance team on a full-time basis.

You will be a team player with the skills and the get up and go to make things happen in a deadline driven, fast paced environment.

Your role will entail a combination of the following responsibilities:

• Supplier invoice management and payment coordination.
• Processing of weekly payroll 
• General administration, data entry, filing and scanning.
• Co-ordinating incoming calls.
• Monitor stationery and sundry stock levels.
• Assisting the Finance team with additional administration duties as required.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred experience with Xero and Payroll systems.
• Ability to adhere to strict timelines and adapt to a dynamic environment.
