We currently have an opportunity to join our Finance Team as an Accounts Payable Officer. Our Hobart based team provides support across all Tasmanian based Federal Group businesses across multiple industries.
Reporting to our Finance Administration Manager, this role is ideal for someone who has an excellent eye for detail, an aptitude for systems and processes, and an ability to engage with both our internal clients and valued suppliers.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Previous experience working in Accounts Payable role – desirable
- An aptitude for accuracy, attention to detail and providing exceptional internal customer service
- Excellent administrative skills and an ability to deal with conflicting demands and be proactive in determining the prioritisation of tasks
- Well-developed computer skills and a sound level of proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, and Outlook
