Accounts Payable And Receivable

Experienced APAR person to work at this organisation

Due to growth, this organisation seeks an AP/AR assistant to join their team. You will take on various duties from Accounts Payable and Receivable to some payroll when required.
Known to look after their staff, you will enjoy working in a collaborative team and a company described as a great family feel.
Your primary duties will comprise of:

• Prepare and process invoices for clients.
• Ensure all billing information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues.
• Reconciliations.
• Troubleshooting/amending invoices.
• General accounts and accounting tasks assisting and supporting the CFO & Financial Accountant including:
• Credit card reconciliations.
• Supplier rebates.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Monthly returns.
• Ad hoc duties as required

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in the same or similar role
• Experience working in a time critical environment.
• Bookkeeping / Accounting knowledge.
• Fast learner with high attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to new systems and procedures with ease.
• Team player.
• Strong computer literacy and excel skills.
