Form of workA well-known and highly respected Transport Logistics Company located within the Wollongong region is seeking to secure the services of an Accounts Payable person.
Job Responsibilities:
- Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
- Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analising invoice/expense reports, recording entries.
- Pays vendors, scheduling and preparing checks, resolving purchase orders and invoices.
- Pays employees, reconcile bank statements and daily bookkeeping.
- Be multi skilled in all areas of administration tasks.
Skills:
- 5 years or more as an Accounts Payable person.
- Sound knowledge of account reconciliation.
- Strong computer skills and ability to priorities work schedules.
- Reliable, efficient and self-motivated.
