Our team is comprised of Rehabilitation Specialists, Allied Health and Nursing staff, and together we are committed to improving patient care across the whole journey from diagnosis of the condition to management and cure.
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Permanent Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk at Holroyd Private Hospital, reporting to the Admin Manager. You will be required to process invoices ensuring accuracy of data and transaction allocations, have strong reconciliation skills and understand cash flows.
The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience:
Essential criteria:
- Understanding of Revenue Cycles and Key Performance Indicators
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Assist with process improvement projects, including system implementations, migrations and streamlining processes
- Able to be flexible, support the team and work independently
Desirable criteria:
- Prior hospital experience
- Experienced with Technology One or equivalent
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize own workload
