You will be joining our Head Office Finance team in Luscombe, conveniently located halfway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast and reporting to the Financial Controller. You will have exposure to the hire fleet, building & construction and manufacturing divisions of ATCO, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience across a range of sectors all in the one role! What You Will Do
As our Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that supplier invoices and commitments are timely and accurately processed, queries followed up, statements reconciled, and payments made to terms for authorised invoices.
More specifically, you will contribute to, and be responsible for:
- Assisting with preparation of daily banking
- Processing vendor account and verifying references & contractor compliance
- Preparing weekly payment runs for approval
- Reviewing Manual Entry prior to processing and payment
- Evaluating and resolving Supplier invoice disputes and reconciliation queries
- Review Overseas supplier invoice payments, including Intercompany ATCO invoices and charges
- Assist in annual internal and external audit compliance
What You Will Bring

To hit the ground running, you will bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar high volume Accounts Payable role
- Experience working in a large ERP System (Oracle, SAP, JDE Edwards etc) highly regarded
- Cert IV Business Highly regarded but not essential
- Construction industry experience highly regarded but not essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent administrative and computer literacy skills
- Excellent time management, able to prioritise work & multi-task
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
