The role
Reporting to the Manager Accounts Payable Services, you will lead a team in providing recruitment, counselling, training, performance management and performance planning for staff. Ensuring that staff are meeting deadlines and achieve desired outcomes within designated timeframes
The successful person
You will have demonstrated:
Ability to travel to Accounts Payable units located across Queensland as required.
Demonstrated highly developed computer and data analysis skills utilising financial management systems and Microsoft Office applications relevant to an Accounts Payable function
Demonstrated working knowledge of relevant legislation, policy and procedures applicable to the Accounts Payable function consistent with Queensland Health and other government agency directives.
Demonstrated experience in successfully leading, managing and developing a diverse team within a high-pressure environment.
Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and interpret issues and develop quality options and strategies to resolve complex business matters and implement changes which enhance service delivery.
