- Monitoring, supporting, and sustaining relationships with third-party business process outsourcing vendors.
- Establishing and monitoring internal controls, segregation of duties, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Managing systems and administering processes related to vendor master data, vendor invoice processing, vendor payments, and vendor invoice query resolution.
- Ensuring a commitment to high-quality customer service.
- Coaching and supporting onshore and offshore teams to meet high-performance standards and provide excellent customer service.
- Establishing and managing collaborative working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing, maintaining, and conducting regular audits of access to Accounts Payable system processes, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties within the Accounts Payable function.
- Initiating and monitoring staff performance reviews and arranging development opportunities to ensure a program of continuous improvement for the onshore Accounts Payable team.
- A tertiary qualification in a Finance-related discipline with 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and systems.
- Proven leadership skills to continuously improve team performance in delivering quality service to customers.
- High-level interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
