About the Role
Our Brisbane branch is looking for our next Team Leader to enhance and support our Import Operations Team.
You’ll work closely with all internal & external providers in the coordination of imports. Importantly, you will be in close communications with external brokers, shipping line operators and other forwarder partners to ensure the flow of key documentation working within our Cargowise Operating System.
A key aspect of the role will be your ability to oversee and drive team KPI's contributing to operational tasks and milestones. Your goal will be to enhance learning skills and growth for our junior operators and work closely with other departmental and management stakeholders.
Strong communications skills, a keen eye for detail & a desire to service the customer will be key characteristics to both yours & the success of the role.
