We are seeking an experienced AS02 Accounts Payable Officer to join one of our government clients for an immediate start for a 6 months assignment.
The Role
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create and Amend SAGov Suppliers accounts in multiple Financial systems, liaising with SAGov Suppliers re Tax Invoice compliance
Accounts payable
Data entry
Skills and Experience Required
We are seeking applications from candidates who bring:
Previous Accounts Payable experience
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn fast/adapt quickly
Ability to manage high volumes of work
Ability to work to strict deadlines
Strong Customer service skills
Data Entry/typing (min 40 wpm)
Contact Centre & Data Entry experience is essential
Valid National Police Clearance (copy must be provided)
