We own and operate a number of AMPM Petrol and Convenience stores across South Australia in addition to multiple fast food restaurants including Carl’s Jr and Subway. Agostino Management Services, a division of Agostino Group, is currently seeking to appoint an Accounts Payable Officer to join our team at our Head Office in Adelaide.
The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team. In this position you will be working closely with our Senior Accountant & extended finance team to support the day-to-day Accounts Payable services, including vendor management. You will be responsible for finalising payments and managing expenses for our internal departments while effectively communicating and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from query to resolution.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :
- Ensuring Vendor invoices are processed and paid accurately and on time
- Reconciling statements and taking action on outstanding items
- Running weekly and monthly payment processes
- Solving financial queries from both internal and external stakeholders
About you:
To be considered for this position you will ideally have:
- Min of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in MS Dynamics/Navision or equivalent system
- Attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
- Time management skills; and be
- Team player
