Accounts Payable Officer - 12 Month Contract

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in Accounts Payable? Are you looking for a fun, supportive and flexible environment to work in?This high profile professional services organisation and a global leader in their field is on the lookout for an Accounts Payable officer to join their business. You will be a key member of the Accounts Payable team. Your role will include:

• Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain vendor files and ensure that all necessary information is updated
• Monitor and manage Accounts Payable aging reports
• Assist with month-end closing
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience working in Accounts Payable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Large ERP system exerience
