Address Rombola Family Farms encompasses over 4,000 hectares of intensive irrigated horticultural production at Griffith (NSW) and Mataranka (NT). Agricultural enterprises include almonds, wine grapes, seedless watermelon, rockmelons, broccoli, and pumpkin. Operations include primary production, processing, value adding and marketing.
We are seeking a passionate and driven Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in Griffith, NSW. Rombola Family Farms grows over 4,000 hectares of horticultural crops in three states, NSW, NT & QLD. With several produce grading and packing lines along with refrigerated warehouses to support the distribution of produce to market. Crops being produced on the three sites include Seedless watermelon, Rockmelons, Honeydew, Broccoli, and Butternut/Pumpkin.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Payable Officer will assist to control expenses by verifying, reconciling, and processing supplier invoices received as well to prepare supplier payment proposals. The role also involves providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organisation.
Key Operational Accountabilities include:
• Extract, print and process supplier invoices and statements.
• Distribute invoices to Managers for approval and chase return.
• Respond to supplier account queries and resolve any invoice discrepancies in a professional manner
• Process credit notes
• Support Finance with ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Filing, photocopying and other clerical or administrative duties.
• File paid invoices
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
• Experience in administration or Accounts Payable.
• Strong administrative and procedural skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Initiative and integrity.
• Team player.
• Flexibility in hours worked to achieve operational targets
• A current driver's licence

Renumeration: Clerks Award Level 2. ($26.18)
Terms: 38 hrs per week
