Accounts Payable Officer

Work with a business that betters the lives of our community in Croydon North, VIC 3136. This role is a temporary full-time position commencing next week for 6 weeks initially. It is standalone and you will join a friendly and supportive finance team. You will have the opportunity to take control of the Accounts Payable process, end to end.The RoleReporting to the Group Accountant, the Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for:

• End-to-end Accounts Payable for 3 entities
• Data entry and coding of 50-75 invoices per day
• Master data setup and maintenance
• Statement reconciliations and bank reconciliations
• Processing staff expenses and reimbursements

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working in an end-to-end Accounts Payable environment
• Immediately available for work
• Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail - experience working in a manual environment
• Strong communication skills
