Your new role
A leading company in their field, they are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Accounts Payable Officer to join the finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring timely payments to suppliers, maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments and financial transactions with suppliers.
- Liaise with finance officers and suppliers regarding stock management and financial records.
- Verify expense reports and manage invoice queries.
- Reconcile invoices and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Utilise Accounts Payable software to track payments and manage supplier relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Accounts Payable software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
