Due to an internal promotion we are looking for an Accounts Payable superstar to join the team. You will be responsible for working closely with our FM and projects teams and will be processing a high volume of invoices on a daily basis.
YOUR DAY TO DAY:
- Accounts Payable duties, processing high volume supplier invoices
- Managing the inbox of the account and handling appropriate enquires
- Reconcile supplier statements in the AP system and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with month-end supplier pay run, check supplier bank details, send remittances
- Perform ad hoc general administrative support as required
- Preferred 1-2 years experience in an Accounts Payable or finance role
- Administration or customer service experience is highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to adapt to our fast-paced environment
- Systems knowledge of MS Office and MYOB is an added bonus
