A fantastic care organisation based in the heart of Alexandria, that are currently looking for an Accounts Payable officer to cover a short term leave within the team.Role summary
We are currently searching for experience Accounts Payable officer to support cover a period of leave, sat within a strong AP team this role requires someone with previous experience working in a large organsation and within an OCR system.About the role

• Processing invoices for payment run
• Dealing with rejections and discrepancies
• Answering queries
• Main focus - OCR software environment

Skills and experience

• Must have previous experience working with in a large OCR system Eg. Readsoft/Esker/Basware
• Previously worked in Accounts Payable in a large organisation
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time
