AddressMy client is seeking a diligent and detail oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join their friendly and welcoming team on a Permanent basis in their Head Office located in Macquarie Park. This role will be Full Function AP and looking for someone to be able to draw on previous experience to positively contribute to the efficiency of the AP Function.
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Three way matching AP invoices
- AP Email Invoice verification and processing
- Actively work with Warehouse, Purchasing and other staff in operations to resolve discrepancies due to short receipts, price variances and other reasons
- Actively work with Expense Approvers to resolve coding and approval issues
- Weekly, biweekly payments (domestic and international)
- Process Employee Expense Claims in Concur according to the company travel and corporate credit card policies
- Daily cashflow forecast update
- Prepare monthly supplier statement reconciliations by 15th of the month for AP supervisor review.
- Monitor ticketing system to enquire queries are attended to
The ideal Candidate:
- Experience in large ERP (e.g. SAP) and Excel (intermediate level is essential)
- Previous experience processing expenses through an expense management tool (e.g Concur)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong problem solving skills.
