Our client is an Australian media services organisation. They are a well-established business with a large finance team who have great tenure. As the AP Officer, your role will include the following responsibilities:
- Daily invoice processing and verification using an automated scanning program
- Create and maintain vendor master files
- Prepare vendor statement reconciliations
- Assist with cash flow inputs
- Assist with expense reimbursements
- Company credit card reconciliations
Our client is looking for candidates that are career orientated and want to continue working in the AP space. Specifically, they are looking for the following profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Adaptable, forward-thinking and open-minded personality
- Enjoy working in the AP space
- Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
