About The Role

Based at Silverwater, an opportunity exists for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a permanent full-time position. This will include working with various business units across multiple states. 

Your duties will include:

• End-to-end management of Accounts Payable including setting up new suppliers, seeking invoice approvals, matching invoices to purchase orders, and generating payment files.
• Prepare creditor statements reconciliation and dispute resolution.
• Prepare and process EFT transactions – Local and Overseas
• Process expense statements
• Assist with Accounts Receivable duties as backup

To be suitable for this role:

• At least 3+ years experience with full function Accounts Payable role in an ERP system (Netsuite preferable) 
• Flexible work attitude
• Exposure or experience in Accounts Receivable is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven role
• Great written and verbal communication skills along with a customer service focus
• Advanced computer skills

To be considered for this role, you will be:  

• 8.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday with flexibility.
• Eligible to work full-time in Australia
