We are seeking an experienced AS02 Accounts Payable Officer to join one of our government clients for an immediate start for a 6 months assignment.
The Role
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create and Amend SAGov Suppliers accounts in multiple Financial systems, liaising with SAGov Suppliers re Tax Invoice compliance
- Accounts payable
- Data entry
Skills and Experience Required
We are seeking applications from candidates who bring:
- Previous Accounts Payable experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn fast/adapt quickly
- Ability to manage high volumes of work
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Strong Customer service skills
- Data Entry/typing (min 40 wpm)
- Contact Centre & Data Entry experience is essential
- Valid National Police Clearance (copy must be provided)
