As one of the established and rapidly growing organizations, my client is looking for an Accounts Payable Officerto join their team due to remarkable growth. This is a 2 months temporary role and subject to extension based in Bella Vista, Sydney.
About the Opportunity / Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to a team leader who is nurturing and supportive, your main responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- End to end Accounts Payable duties
- Must have great exposure to purchase order matching/3 way matching
- Raising and receipting purchase orders
- Processing high volume invoices
- Assist Team Leader with other ad hoc duties
Ideal Profile
To contribute their valuable knowledge and experience within Accounts Payable duties:
- Diploma/Degree qualifications in Accounting & Finance or proven work experience
- Minimum 2 years related experience - good understanding of end to end AP process
- Must have experience in SAP - mandatory requirement
- Must have experience in 3 way matching
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Proactive, hardworking and fast learner
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision
Benefits

- 1 day work from home (however from now till early August, 1 day office and 4 days work from home due to office renovation), From early August till end of contract - 4 days office and 1 day work from home
