KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately enter and process invoices, ensuring all details are recorded with precision
- Assist in the preparation of payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers
- Regularly reconcile accounts and statements, addressing any discrepancies and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
- Proven ability to build relationships both internally and with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all Accounts Payable processes
- Permanent Part-Time - 24-30 hours per week with a flexible working arrangement across 4-5 days per week in the office
