Form of workWanguo International Mining Group is a listed metal mining company in Hong Kong. The Group currently operates a large gold mine in Solomen Islands with the annual turnover about $300m. You will work in the Sydney CBD office and be responsible for providing accounting support to the site operation.
Key Accountabilities:
- A/P responsibilities including invoice processing, vendor coordination, clarifying questionable invoice items, voucher preparation, and intercompany reconciliation
- Purchase order follow up and credit card reconciliation
- Maintain strong and proactive relationships with suppliers and internal department, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrate strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, MYOB Advanced, or similar ERP systems and business reporting tools
Language Skills
- Must be a good speaker of both English and Chinese
