My client is looking for an experienced Project Controls Lead with strong skills on reporting, change controls, documentation and stakeholder management.
Following are the key requirements for the role.
- Must have experience in handling projects in the construction industry
- Experience in maintaining project reporting for a major project including quantitative, qualitative reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in governance and assurance processes for major projects including secretariat functions
- Experience in managing the change control process for a major process including change request forms and maintaining the change register
- Experience gained from a major project environment
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment under time pressure.
- Ability to be proactive and engage with stakeholders of all levels
- Ensure briefing documentation is produced to a standard that is suitable to support Executive level decision making
- Lead the Project Change Management Process, including coordinating the Change Committee and documenting and disseminating outcomes
- Review all submitted reports and escalate any new issues/concerns to the Project Controls Director
- Review comments on management plans and coordinate development of management plans
