We are working with an ASX listed retail giant who own and operate numerous retail brands across Australia as well as internationally. Please note this role is 5 days working in the office on St Kilda Road.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE.
- End to end, high volume invoice processing across 7 brands
- Validation of invoices into our Accounts Payable system
- Accounts Receivables
- Cash receipting
- Prioritise invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms
- Process weekly payment run in all countries
- Vendor maintenance and respond to all vendor inquiries
- Assist in month end closing, including month end journals
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.
- Experince in a similar role is desirable
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume
- Experince in an accounts role is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Exceptional communication & customer service skills
- Proficient with Excel
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and continually looks for opportunities to improve and grow
