Your responsibilities will include:
Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable for a set of suppliers, more than 1000 invoices per month
Verify OCR invoice data matches supplier invoice
Validate rates match purchase orders
Collate and check timesheets and dockets match invoices
Review invoices and send for approval
Reconcile invoices to supplier statements
Raise Weekly and Monthly payment runs
Responding to internal and external invoice based inquiries
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
At least three years previous end to end Accounts Payable experience
Impeccable attention to detail and problem solving skills
Positive phone manner and communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work in a team and also a self motivator
