We have a vacancy in our organisation, we are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Head Office Team located in Oakleigh South.
About the role
The process is an End-to-End account payable for a network of branches. This is a full-time position. If you have a strong background in Matching Po?s invoices, reconciliation of accounts doing payment runs with great communication skills, and are a problem solver who enjoys a challenge, contact us now.
To ensure your success, you will possess the following:
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- Strong ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Intermediate to advanced level user of MS Excel and Outlook.
- PRONTO software is highly desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email.
- Ability to prioritise, follow up, and manage time effectively
