The Role
Working in the finance team, Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing payment runs
- Completing supplier statement reconciliations
- Attending to telephone and email inquiries
- Assist with month-end process
- Creation of new supplier accounts
- Credit card expense reconciliations
- Ad hoc assistance to the admin team
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of one or two years of experience in a similar role.
You will be able to handle multiple responsibilities and will complete all tasks with accuracy.
You will be expected to interact with both internal and external customers, strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
