I am currently recruiting multiple Accounts Payable positions for 3 different organizations based in Adelaide with an enviable work culture. These Accounts Payable positions are available from business growth, succession planning and transition of staff. 

1. Accounts Payable Officer (Aberfoyle Park - South) | Part-time or Full-time | Xero or MYOB or Microsoft Dynamics365 | $70 - $75k + Super 
2. Finance Services Officer / Accounts Payable (Bedford Park) | Part-time or Full-time | TechOne | 2 - 3 months casual with view to ongoing | $40.00 per hour + Super
3. Accounts Payable Officer (North Adelaide) | Full-time | MYOB | $68k + Super

• End to end Accounts Payable 
• High volume processing of Accounts Payable, ensuring correct allocation, account coding and authorization in keeping with payment dates. 
• Matching of Accounts Payable invoices and follow up of invoices on hold (procure-to-pay). 
• Bank reconciliations, cash management and customer receipting. 
• Invoice distribution, debtor management, customer master creation and maintenance, close and reconciliation procedures. 

The successful candidate is an experienced Accounts Payable or Accounts Officer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, end to end Accounts Payable position. Working in a collaborative team environment, you are organised, have a good attention to detail, strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and a great sense of humour. 

Your strong customer service mindset and a proactive attitude will see you succeed in this position.
