We are looking for 2 Full-time Rockstars to be valued Team Members at our Offices in Wyong on the Central Coast of NSW.
The role is as an Accounts Payable Officer with some Bookkeeping Reconciliation responsibilities using XERO as the Accounting Software.
Required Attributes:
- It is essential that you have been held an Accounts Payable Office Role for at least the last 2 years
- It is essential that Technology and Online Applications are easy for you to use and you have been using online Accounting Software for at least the last 3-4 years
- You possess a desire to learn new online softwares
- You are friendly and like helping others
- You are a quick thinker
- You are a Team Player
- Strong Knowledge of Xero
- Accounts Payable experience
- Bank Reconciliation experience (is desired but not essential)
Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive relationship with our team, clients and their staff.
- Task and Time Management for yourself
- Timely and accurate Accounts Payable and Reconciliation Services for our clients
Work Hours
- Working Hours are flexible but typically either 8:00am to 4:30pm
Qualifications
- Bookkeeping/Accounting Qualifications/Certificates are preferable but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent Verbal and written English communication skills are essential
The Salary Package selected will be determined by the relative experience of the applicant
