Operating their head office out of Sydney, they continue to develop new client relationships through their world class, valued add services.The Accounts Payable & Receipting Officer position reports to a seasoned finance lead who brings exceptional experience across a range of industries.The Role
- Responsible for performing full function Accounts Payable including maintaining supplier records, coding & processing invoices, and reconciling supplier statements
- Processing customer payments and deposits, as well as ensuring all payments are correctly allocated to customer accounts
- Assisting with bank reconciliations and carrying out ad hoc work as required
- Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and processing staff expenses
- It is desirable that you have previously used MYOB
- Have a solid understanding of accounting principles and demonstrated a track record in receipting and/or Accounts Payable tasks
- You are a quick learner, proactive self-starter, and able to work autonomously
- You build positive working relationships with colleagues and external suppliers, and work through issues effectively

- Permanent part time, 4 day a week role (reduced hours over 5 days is also an option)
- Hybrid working model on offer (1 day WFH from commencement and an additional day after training period)
