Senior role with the overall responsibility for overseeing an Accounts Payable team, direct the processing of invoices and payments.

About the Role:
Reporting to our Corporate Reporting Manager, you will be primarily responsible for for the timely receipting and payment of invoices, expense claims and credit card submissions as well as the accuracy of the Accounts Payable sub-ledger.
Other key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for processing all functions related to Accounts Payable and general accounting duties including bank reconciliations.
- Provide assistance with statutory obligations, collating invoices for review from external auditors and collection of expense information as required.
- Maintaining Accounts Payable guidelines by enforcing policies and procedures.
- Assist with month end accounting procedures and with the production of regular reports and metrics as required.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 3 years (or equivalent) demonstrated related experience in a similar position.
- Intermediate experience with IT and systems including financial programs, word, excel and outlook.
- Understanding of Accounting procedures related to work performed by the Accounts Payable function.
- Ability to effectively communicate with varying stakeholders.
- Maturity and confidence to deal with confidential and/or sensitive information.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in delivering impeccable customer/stakeholder service.
